- Our appointments are completely free on weekdays with a £30 booking fee on Saturdays and Sundays. This fee is deducted from the total cost when you purchase a Grace Loves Lace wedding dress. We kindly request 5 days notice if you need to cancel your appointment. This is to ensure your time slot can be offered to a bride on our waitlist.
- A cancellation fee of £30 GBP applies if your appointment is cancelled within 5 days of the scheduled time from Friday to Sunday. However, no cancellation fee will be charged for appointments from Monday to Thursday.
- No financial information is stored by Grace Loves Lace and all charges and refunds are processed by our booking provider.
