From the moment you arrive, your dedicated stylist is there to guide you; listening to your vision, pulling gowns that feel like you, and making sure every part of the experience is something you'll always remember.

Arrival and Welcome
From the moment you walk in, you and your guests will be welcomed with a glass of chilled bubbles or rose tea and guided to your own private space for the experience to truly begin. Our boutiques are designed to be a warm, unhurried space; somewhere you can slow down, soak up the moment, and enjoy this chapter with the people you love most. Whether you're coming with a small group or making it an intimate moment just for you, we'll make sure the space feels right.
Meeting your Stylist
Before browsing our selection of gowns, your stylist will take the time to get to know you, your wedding vision, your style preferences, your venue, your date, and most importantly, the feeling you want to carry throughout the day. This conversation shapes everything and your stylist will use this to pull styles she feels sits the mood. It's a thoughtful, considered process, and it's one of the things our brides tell us they love most about the Grace Loves Lace experience.
The Try-On
During your appointment, you'll have the opportunity to try a number of styles in your own private suite. Your stylist will be with you throughout, helping you in and out of each gown, sharing their expertise, and reading the room alongside you and your guests. Our complementary* appointments run for one hour, which gives you space to explore without feeling rushed.
Accessories and the Finishing Touches
Finding your dream look is more than the gown; its everything together. Your stylist carve out time to style you with veils, hairpieces and jewellery so you can see the complete picture and truly feel like yourself on your wedding day. If you’d like more time to explore your options, we offer second appointments and virtual styling sessions so there’s never any pressure to rush the process. After You Find Your Gown
When you find the one; and you'll know, your stylist will walk you through everything that comes next. If you’d like a little more time before you say yes, we’re always happy to arrange a second appointment, so you can make the decision that feels completely right for you.
One thing to know is that you won’t be leaving our boutique with your gown on the day of your appointment. All orders are dispatched from our Burleigh Heads HQ, with timeframes depending on the gown type you choose. Ready to Wear gowns can be dispatched within 3-5 days, while Made to Order gowns involve a production process that begins once your order is confirmed. We also offer buy now, pay later options so you can secure your gown in a way that works for you. Do you have to pay for a Grace Loves Lace bridal appointment?
Grace Loves Lace appointments are complimentary. The only exception is our New York City, London and Sydney boutiques on Saturdays, where a USD $50, 30 GDP and $50 AUD booking fee applies, which is credited back toward your gown if you purchase within 7 days of your appointment. All other appointments, including virtual appointments, are free of charge.
How long does a Grace Loves Lace appointment take?
A Grace Loves Lace bridal appointment runs for one hour. This gives you time to meet your stylist, share your vision, try on a range of styles, and explore accessories all without feeling rushed. If you have questions about ordering or next steps after finding your gown, your stylist will be happy to answer them during your visit.
How many guests can I bring to my appointment?
We recommend bringing up to three guests to your Grace appointment. This keeps the experience intimate and makes it easier for you to focus on how you feel in each gown. If your group is larger, please contact your chosen boutique directly to discuss what's possible as our team will always do their best to accommodate you. Do I need to book a bridal appointment in advance?
Yes, all Grace Loves Lace bridal appointments need to be booked in advance to ensure your stylist and a private suite are ready for you. Walk-ins are not available. You can book your appointment online in just a few minutes, and we'll confirm everything from there.
How many guests should I bring to my Bridal Appointment?
Saying 'Yes' to the dream gown is a meaningful and personal experience. It's natural to seek support during your appointment. Grace Loves Lace invites you to bring up to 3 guests with you to your appointment. Whether you desire the support of your loved ones or prefer to come by yourself, our bridal stylists will be there to provide feedback and ensure you feel supported in making a decision that feels right for you.
Can I book a virtual appointment with Grace Loves Lace?
Yes. Our virtual appointments are available to brides globally. If you can't visit one of our boutiques in person, or you'd like to have an initial conversation before committing to an in-person visit, a virtual appointment is a great place to start. You'll receive the same personalised attention from a Grace stylist, just from the comfort of your own home.
What should I wear to a bridal appointment?
We recommend wearing or bringing nude, seamless underwear and a strapless bra if you have one, as these work best under most bridal silhouettes. If you plan to wear a specific heel height on your wedding day, bringing those shoes along is a great idea as it helps you get a true sense of the length and silhouette of each gown. What happens if I find my dress at my appointment?
If you fall in love with a gown during your appointment, your stylist will walk you through your ordering options and help you choose the right path based on your wedding date. Depending on your timeline, you may order Ready to Wear (if available, dispatched within 3-5 days), Made to Order Standard (approximately 5 months production time), or Made to Order Customised (for brides who have 6 or more months and would like a gown made to their size ranges).
