The Experience Behind the Dress
Mikayla bought her dress in our Grace Loves Lace Dallas boutique, nestled in the design district of the city. "We enjoyed the atmosphere; everyone was so kind. It was a wonderful way to kick off a day of dress shopping", Mikayla says, reflecting on her experience.
"I chose Goldie, a choice unexpectedly different from my typical style. As soon as I tried it on, there was instant chemistry. Goldie is all about class, simplicity, and a touch of sexy. I envision a GRACE woman as someone who radiates kindness, love, and strides with unwavering confidence".

The Italian Venue
The couple wed in the charming Mandello Del Lario, Italy – a hidden gem nestled in Lake Como. The festivities spanned a week and were shared with their closest friends.“We spent the week with eighteen of our nearest and dearest who all travelled from Texas to be with us. The Villa was unreal and was also the location of the big day", Mikayla reflects.
The wedding was a tapestry of colors and joy, a perfect setting to embrace the dolce vita and make their dream wedding a reality. "Usually, I'm a neutrals girl through and through, but color on a wedding day reflects so much happiness to me. It was a dream day; it rained off and on all day, but it didn't stop us from having fun."
The Most Memorable Moments
The soirée was full of love, fun, and a few free shots! "The guys had gone out the night before, so after the reception dinner, we walked to a local bar, and everyone was so happy to see them. You would've thought we were famous. The guys brought us shots, and we took a picture with them. It was definitely a memorable part of the day.”
